You can even CUSTOMIZE the Deluxe and Pro versions by adding your own pictures, words and sounds. There are many places to get pictures, such as digital cameras, or scanning existing photos. Now we've found another convenient place to get pictures. The Microsoft Design Gallery lets you SEARCH by KEYWORD for particular pictures. I easily found a picture for "house" and for "horse". http://dgl.microsoft.com/After you've downloaded your pictures, you should see the Microsoft Clip Gallery with all the pictures you downloaded

The user points at the desired word or symbol, such as a hamburger for food, or a glass of milk, (followed all too soon by pointing at the toilet symbol) This communication board is intended for travels who don't speak the language of the people around them. Hmmm... sounds a bit like expressive aphasia, doesn't it? I thought so.
